1998年畢業(yè)后，以?xún)?yōu)異成績(jì)畢業(yè)的他被分配到了鐵道部下屬柳州木材防腐廠(chǎng)，成為當時(shí)人人艷羨的拿著(zhù)鐵飯碗吃皇糧的國企公務(wù)人員，看似不起眼的黝黑瘦小的男人似乎人生道路一帆風(fēng)順，在鐵道部這幾年他沒(méi)有忘記真實(shí)的自我，沒(méi)有貪圖享樂(lè )，與其他同期進(jìn)入公司的同事不同，他日日下車(chē)間埋頭苦干，認真專(zhuān)研，腳踏實(shí)地，這一干就是十年之久。

2008年，中國改革開(kāi)放進(jìn)入第三十個(gè)年頭，已經(jīng)升任副科長(cháng)的他做了一個(gè)艱難的決定，不顧家人朋友的反對，毅然決然辭掉穩定的工作，拿著(zhù)多年積攢的二十萬(wàn)下海，開(kāi)始了自己的創(chuàng )業(yè)之路。

從事木材行業(yè)十年的他意識到了木材加工行業(yè)的廣闊前景，利用自己多年積累的人脈，通過(guò)一次次的不懈努力，打動(dòng)了當時(shí)柳州駿馬木業(yè)加工廠(chǎng)的領(lǐng)導，成功掛靠并租賃駿馬木業(yè)加工廠(chǎng)內約2畝的土地，進(jìn)行旋切單片加工項目，并敏銳把握住當時(shí)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟的興起的風(fēng)口，前瞻性地利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)進(jìn)行線(xiàn)上銷(xiāo)售，取得了巨大的成功。2010年，他收購柳州市駿馬木業(yè)加工廠(chǎng)的全部資產(chǎn)，改名柳州市駿馬木業(yè)有限公司，任法人代表和董事長(cháng)，事業(yè)邁入全新高速發(fā)展的軌道，駿馬木業(yè)版圖不斷擴大，連下數城，相繼設立貴港駿馬木業(yè)，貴港桂中木業(yè)，貴港新景木業(yè)，博白駿馬木業(yè)，貴港東來(lái)木業(yè)，成都駿馬木業(yè)，貴州大龍駿馬木業(yè)......中國西南片區，處處插上的駿馬的旗幟。

2014年前后著(zhù)國內木業(yè)市場(chǎng)的飽和，公司發(fā)展進(jìn)入了一個(gè)瓶頸期。他深感危機降臨，苦苦尋求突破之道，正值一帶一路方興未艾，國家鼓勵民族企業(yè)大膽走出去，他敏銳將目光投向了鄰國越南——地處熱帶森林資源豐富，此為天時(shí)；越政府政策優(yōu)惠大力吸引外資，此為地利；越南正處于人口紅利期，勞動(dòng)力充足，此為人和。經(jīng)過(guò)一番深思熟慮和實(shí)地考察，駿馬木業(yè)將國內的生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗帶到了越南，在永福省掛牌設廠(chǎng)，帶動(dòng)了當地的經(jīng)濟和解決了不少當地人的就業(yè)問(wèn)題，受到了當地政府的熱烈歡迎，企業(yè)發(fā)展也邁入全新的臺階，產(chǎn)品遠銷(xiāo)日韓，歐美。

 In 2008, China’s reform and opening up entered its thirtieth year. He has been promoted to the position of deputy chief of the department. He made a difficult decision. Regardless of the opposition of his family and friends, he resolutely quit his stable job and took over 200,000 RMB to started his own business.

 After ten years in the wood industry, he realized the broad prospects of the wood processing industry. He used his years of accumulated social relationship and made unremitting efforts to impress the leadership of the Liuzhou Junma Wood Processing Factory. He successfully linked and leased the processing of the Junma Wood factory. About 2 acres of land in the factory, the rotary cutting single-chip processing project, and keenly grasp the rise of the Internet economy at that time, forward-looking use of the Internet for online sales, has achieved great success.  In 2010, he acquired the entire assets of Liuzhou Junma Wood Processing Factory and renamed as Liuzhou Junma Wood Industry Co., Ltd. Then Mr Su Zhuomin became legal representative and chairman. His career has entered a new high-speed development track.  The saturation of the domestic wood industry market around 2014, the company's development has entered a bottleneck period.
